Happy Women Day!!!

I have given birth to two girls, future women, future mothers, if they wish to be. 


My dearest girls, I hope they will get along well. It is a sunny day and if I stay close to Giulia, next to her, then she can stay like this on the sofa, without Erica disturbing. I feel I am these days the protector of Ava. 

How do you celebrate this day? Do you do anything special?

 I never thought I would feel so strangely emotional about this day—the first day of school for Erica, my oldest daughter. It's a swirl of mixed feelings and emotions. For six years, you’ve struggled with a small child who cried because she didn’t want to go to kindergarten. She was sick countless times, and most of those times she was in your arms. And now, here she is—a school child. Too tired after labor! I have birth to my second child/girl this evening at 20:03. It was a long prelabor of more than 12 hours and 2 hours at the end of intense contractions.  I am tired and happy in the same time!  Ava! Child Photo Tips

Usually at night, I am terrible tired and it takes me around 5 minutes to fall asleep.  But it was one evening, when I just couldn't sleep. I guess I drank my afternoon coffee too late but however my head was full of things: photography, my children, my wish to speak about what I do and spinning in my head all in the same time. And this is how it came up the idea of speaking to mothers how to photograph their children. Why not? I wish to speak to other audience as well about documentary photography...but why not to start with mothers and with what I do right now most of my time I do photography, I do work and take different commissions, which I love but still in sooo much time I am with my children, playing, running with them, going to playground and always photographing them with my mobile camera.
