our morning frozen walk
This morning, I felt dizzy, so pushed myself to go out even it was everything frozen, minus 5 degrees. I feel like a bear, who doesn't want to go out until it's spring sometimes. However the view was wonderful, our bodies happier as we got Vitamine D, and my husband glad that I finally did this in the morning on cold. He insisted to get my nose out :)))) Terrible cold but it was OK in the sun! My breast was out to feed Ava. What can I do? It ended up with one hour of walk, sun and Ava's nap.
