This morning, I felt dizzy, so pushed myself to go out even it was everything frozen, minus 5 degrees. I feel like a bear, who doesn't want to go out until it's spring sometimes.  However the view was wonderful, our bodies happier as we got Vitamine D, and my husband glad that I finally did this in the morning on cold. He insisted to get my nose out :))))  Terrible cold but it was OK in the sun! My breast was out to feed Ava. What can I do? It ended up with one hour of walk, sun and Ava's nap.

After two years, in which so many things are online,even friends, family: grandmother, sisters and brother. I am so happy for surprises in general and so is Erica, my older daughter. You can bring her a leaf from the tree and tell her it's a gift and she will say :"waw, mama, is this for me? wonderful, thank you!". This makes me laugh and love her even more.  However, I realised, I feel the joy of a child when I receive now something in post, a letter, a postcard or even small gifts like yesterday.  I received from a dear friend of mine, a package full of small presents for all of us. They were souvenirs from Kiev, as she lived there for a while. I was so happy... In general I am glad for surprise gifts. But now it was double, triple the happiness and joyful, just because I have never been to Ukraine, somebody dear thought of us, when buying them and they were colorful just like m
